Canvora Affiliate Program — Terms & Conditions
By joining the Canvora Affiliate Program (the "Program"), you ("Affiliate") agree to these terms. The Program is run by Canvora and powered by Rewardful (tracking and payouts). Canvora may approve or reject any application at its discretion.
1. Eligibility You must be 18+ and provide accurate name, email, and payout details. One account per person or entity. If you sign up for a company, you confirm you're authorized to do so.
2. Commission - You earn 30% on all payments from each paying customer you refer, for their first 12 months. - Attribution uses a 60-day cookie — you get credit if the customer purchases within 60 days of clicking your link. - No minimum payout. Payouts are made via PayPal or Wise through Rewardful. - Commissions are approved after a short review/hold period and may be withheld pending investigation of suspected fraud or abuse. - Refunds/chargebacks: if a referred payment is refunded or reversed, the related commission is not payable; if already paid, it's deducted from your next payout or repayable by you. - Self-referrals don't qualify. You are responsible for any taxes on your commissions.
3. How you may promote You may review and recommend Canvora on your blog, video, newsletter, social channels, or to your clients, using your link and our approved creatives. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship (e.g., "contains affiliate links") per FTC and applicable law.
4. What's not allowed - Bidding on Canvora brand terms in paid search ("Canvora", "canvora.ai", misspellings) or running paid ads that compete with or impersonate Canvora — without prior written approval. - Spam, cookie-stuffing, typosquatting, misleading claims, or any fraudulent or deceptive method. - Coupon, deal, rebate, or cashback sites. - Misusing the Canvora name or logo, or misrepresenting your relationship with Canvora.
Violations result in account termination and forfeiture of all commissions.
5. Compliance You'll comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam (CAN-SPAM), privacy (GDPR), and advertising rules.
6. Independent contractor You're an independent contractor, not a Canvora employee, agent, or partner, with no authority to act on Canvora's behalf.
7. Termination & changes Either party may end participation at any time. On termination, only valid, unpaid commissions earned in good standing are payable. We may update these terms; continued participation means you accept the changes.
8. Liability Canvora isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages or for tracking failures. Total liability won't exceed commissions paid to you in the prior 6 months.
